Pathology question

Hello! I had a biopsy on Wednesday and the nurse called to check on me/my incision yesterday. While we were on the phone she decided to peek at my results. She said there were notes in the system but no official results yet and said that the pathologist suspected a fibroadenoma (great news, of course). Do any of you know what it takes for these to be finalized? How many doctors look at the biopsy before deciding to release the results? I'm ready to be done with this and I'm afraid to celebrate this news early.
