Really worried plz help

Do u know any person with breast indent age 30 to 40 whose ultrasound and mammogram shows nothing suspicious and that turned out really NOTHING ...we often read stories of US and mamo showed nothing suspicious but turned out opposite

I know its a silly question but I want to start living my life out of depression so looking for reassurance
