rash on boob

i've had pain that feels like a hot iron touching my breast from my neck bone to my breast for about 6 months now, it's a little more red in color than the other breast, a bit bigger. i've had a rash on it for a while, i feel around sometimes and feel little hard knots, but they are so small it's hard to find sometimes, underneath my boob, is like little pimples everywhere, but on the side of my boob a new rash is appearing. should i get looked at.

I would think a doctors appointment is in otder. Fungal skin infections under your breast are really common.

I too have been experiencing pain on my boob and I have places that look like pimples and very painful to touch! I have swelling. I had a double mastectomy in June 😬

Both of you need to see a doctor. I don't know what you have there, but it doesn't sound right.

I'm hoping all this is as just an infection 😐 My places are in the side of my Breast. The first time I noticed something I was in the shower. And it hurt to wash the area. I just blew it off as the Brest was healing.

Then the places started appearing.
