Isoechoic/hypoechoic and through transmission

hello.

I have been having more tests done ( had lumpectomy done last October)

They found another two areas in the ultrasound ( got copy same day). My question is difference between hypoechoic and isoechoic; also what "questionable through transmission means".

When measuring a tumor does it go LxWxH?

Any help would be appreciated.
