meningioma and no dx yet

Oct 13 will be 1 year since I had a biopsy on the dimpled/dented skin of my right breast. Came back negative for cancer. My PCP was the 1st to suspect IBC. Through ALL of the testing, birads that are at 2 and 3 on different imaging, 2 spiculation spots, and armpit swelling and pain to my collarbone, I still have no diagnosis.

New concern.... I have migraines, so I have to have brain mri's.... In July, a small tumor was found. Says 'probable meningioma'. Neuro wants to reimage in Jan.

I'm freaking about this. My breast issues have not gone away or gotten any better. Have I not been diagnosed, and now there's a spread to my brain? I'm on the "every 3 month" mammo train.... but they are always clean.
