Cancer Wellness Expo in NYC Sept 29th at Donna Karan's Urban Zen
Friends! I am beyond excited to announce an event I have been busy planning! On September 29th, I will be hosting the @cancerwellnessexpo at the beautiful @urbanzencenter along with @caitkeirnen author and beauty expert and Leah Robert and Sarah Nichols Kelly, founders of @SaltyGirlBeauty.
This is a day of education, empowerment and inspiration!

The @CancerWellnessExpo will include incredible exhibitors, panels on topics including how to stay yourself during cancer; wellness during and post treatment; sexual health and medical updates. There will also be interactive stations including manicures for our brittle nails! Reiki, Stretching, Make-up techniques and scarf tying techniques. Oh, and did I mention the awesome (and expensive) goody bags we will be giving out???? Come! Enjoy the day that starts with a morning yoga class and meditation and ends with a cocktail party!!!
