Glad you found us again.   You will need someone with you for about a week.   At least I did.   The drains and moving your arm is hard.   You  can't shower for about 4 days I think.  I really don't remember it is like I blocked that period out of my life.  My sister came and stayed with me.  The main thing is the drains that you have to drain about 3 times a day at first.   Whatever you do don't pin them to your pants.  Everytime you have to go to the bathroom you take a chance of pulling them and boy that hurts.  I pinned them to the surgical bra and that worked great.  When I was able to take a shower I put a beaded chain around my neck and pinned them to that.   Good luck and keep us posted.   I had my surgery in February of this year and so far no problems.
