Found mark on my right breast

21 year old female.

I noticed this mark after I was unable to sleep at 5am from period cramps, took a hot bath and when I got out I noticed it in the mirror. I have not noticed this even the day before. I kind of speculated this was from my period somehow or from my bra maybe being too tight. Isn't painful, bruise like mark with redness on the outside of the dark mark. Texture feels like a burn mark
