More veins on one breast

My left breast has always been larger but recently I’ve noticed it has probably twice the veins than the right. None of them protrude greatly but just seeing so many more alarmed me. My left nipple also peels several times a month..it gets better with petroleum jelly & does go back to normal. The left nipple also has a bump my ob gyn says is an enlarged Montgomery tubercle that’s been there about 6 months. I feel like most of veins lead to the areola as well. Does this sound concerning or could this side have more veins because it is larger by almost a cup size? I’m 37, 2 Kids, not remotely pregnant or breastfeeding with a real fear of breast cancer.
