recommendations for PAP, GAP, sGAP surgeons in Boston area

Hello,

I had a DMX with tissue expanders last September followed by radiation (ended January). I'm finally ready to move forward with reconstruction, and trying to figure out my options. I would like to avoid implants due to the radiation, and I don't have enough abdominal or back tissue for any of the upper body flaps.

I met with Dr Matthew Carty at Brigham in early spring, and am meeting with Dr. Samual Lin at Beth Israel in a few weeks. If anyone on the board hasanyone used either of these surgeons, I'd love to hear how it went and to know if you'd recommend. Even more specifically, anyone use one of them for a PAP or GAP? How did that go? Is it as terrifying as it sounds? I'm really on the fence about whether I do one of these surgeries or just go flat. The whole thing has me paralyzed. Would love to hear some thoughts and experiences.
