hi everyone, i have a small pin prick red dot in my left breast with no other symptoms. I checked for lumps or nipple inversions, heat , rash or scaling or nipple discharge. I am almost 28. Should I be worried? No breast cancer history in family

This doesn't sound like any kind of breast cancer I've ever heard of. At your age BC is very unlikely, anyway. If this little red dot doesn't go away within 2 weeks, or gets worse, have your doctor look at it. My guess is that this is some minor dermatologic condition, not cancer at all
