When finished with aromatase inhibitors?

I have been on Arimidex for 5 years and the doctor wants me to do 2 more years. What will happen when we stop taking them? Will I finally be able to get rid of this 40 pounds I've gained? Will my hair stop falling out? Will the night sweats stop? Will the joint pain stop? I'm very frustrated with these side effects
