Architectural distortion seen on Mammo but not US

This is my first post but I have been lurking for a week. I had my first call back since yearly exams since 2009 for an area of Architectural distortion. The diagnostic Mammo showed the same thing but then the Ultrasound did not. The Radiologist even came in to try to find it so they could do an Ultrasound needle biopsy before I left but she couldn't find it. So I am scheduled for a Core stereotactic mammography guided biopsy in 2 weeks. I know the odds are def in my favor! My question is, has anyone else had this experience where they saw it on the Mammogram but not the Ultrasound and how did your results turn out. Thanks for any info!
