Tests result for Dense Stromal fibrosis

I was recently diagnosed with Dense Stromal fibrosis and my dr made an appointment for me to see a breast surgeon. when I asked why she said the surgeon will talk with me on how to [proceed with my diagnosis.I immediately clammed up. Now I'm nervous and don't know what to make of this. why would I need to se a breast surgeon for this diagnosis.
