Hi, everyone! I just joined this forum today. I was diagnosed with Stage 4 METS last October. It was in my lungs. It seems to be shrinking the cancer, but these side effects are killing me! I was reading about Hand-Foot Syndrome, which says that Ibrance or Letrozole does not cause this. Mainly, MY FEET HURT!!!! Does anyone else's? My onc says its from the Letrozole.

It’s definitely the Letrazole! Causes lots of joint and muscle pain!!
