Dimple or dent on right breast with rash

I am 21 years old and I found a dent on my right breast toward 7 o'clock in May. I have rather large breasts. I had an ultrasound done on the breast and everything came back normal. I was recommended to see a breast surgeon but my doctor just said that was for cosmetic reasons. Not sure if that's true. I also have had a rash throughout the summer on the same breast. It started out in the crease of my breast. It is August now and the rash started to spread to my left breast, down my stomach a little, and on the lower part of my boob. The lower half of my breast has a different looking rash than in my boob crease. It's spread out and looks like bug bites that have been itched too much and are trying to scab over. Should I be concerned because of the dent in my breast and now this rash that I have had for a couple of months?

At your age, the chances of having breast cancer is extremely small, so I wouldn't over worry about that. Did you go to see the breast surgeon? If your doctor recommended it, it's probably a good idea just for peace of mind.

Since you have large breasts and it is summer, your rash may have something to do with the heat. Have you tried to treat it at all? Your doc may want to check it out and prescribe a cream of some sort to clear it up
