what does this mean/stand for?  I had a lumpectomy, but see this written on a report post surgery saying my mammo was abnormal and I need to see my dr....post surgery...where everything was 'radial scar, benign'....but what is this meaning?  DO I need more procedures?  what is the bi sentinel node thing?  I have nothing saying they looked at nodes.  am I confused at the meaning of this.

the sentinel node is the first node that lymph drains through from that area of the breast. That fluid then drains through the cluster of nodes behind the sentinel. This is a very simple definition. You can google a diagram that helps a bunch. I would definitely call my doc to get a better interpretation

Report delivery can lag behind events. Check the dates of all the reports against the date of your surgery. It may be an older report.
