Could I have IBC?

I'm sorry if this is the wrong place to post this, but I cant' figure out how to add to the 'I'm not yet diagnosed' page. I'm 29 years old, 25 weeks pregnant. On Tuesday I noticed this red splotch on my left breast. I feel like a smaller version had been there for a while but it seemed big enough to mention on Tuesday. I went to my OB, she was stumped, prescribed me antibiotics but it didn't seem to clear up. Thursday had an apt with specialist. He did a punch biopsy and an ultra sound. I'm waiting to get punch biopsy results but the ultra sound showed nothing but a little more skin thickening. So to recap, symptoms are:

pinkness/redness

some peau d'orange right by nipple

nipple seems flatter than usual but idk if that is just my insane, constant inspection.

No itching, pain or warmth.

Please help.

I’m not a doctor and can’t give you a diagnosis. However, as someone who has IBC, what you have doesn’t sound like IBC to me. It’s really rare. Good luck
