Anyone had change in chemo regime/drugs mid cycle

hi all

wonderin if someone can help

ivw had 2 cycles of TCH chemo and saw the surgeon today. Breast lump has softened but not shrunk dramatically so she is going to chat with my oncologist Tuesday to discuss a change in chemo regime
this has worried me that it isn't working at all I wondered if anyone has had a hange in chemo drugs after 2 or 3 cycles?

im hormone negative , Her2 +
