Guys, I am a 22 year old single female with no family history of breast cancer. I am a little overweight and thus there is armpit fat near both breast but a week ago I do had pain in both of my armpit fat areas with a much higher pain in my right side which was getting worse during work and better with rest. I used some pain relief balm and the pain went away but I can feel small lumps inside which I think is lymph nodes (The pain come back if I do work with that arm). Also there is an increase in size and softness in the right side.

I have flat nipples normally and skin peeling with white colour on breast and dark brown on nipple and areola is normal for me as I have it for years and it goes away on its own. But just few days ago I noticed that my right nipple have suddenly become erect most of the time with a darker skin around it.

It is nearing my menstrual cycle and thus I can't be sure if the change in nipple colour and sensitivity is a result of that. Is it possible to get these changes in only one nipple during ovulation and menstruation?

I had a lump in the armpit recently and my GP diagnosed it as armpit follicle infection and the lump went away with antibiotics. Thus I thought the armpit pain may be due to the lymph node swelling as a reaction to the infection but now this erect nipple is worrying me like hell.

Is all this an indication of breast cancer? Especially this increase in armpit fat in one side? Someone please help me and tell me what should I do?
