BRCA 1 and high blood pressure

I am BRCA1 positive and had removed my ovaries and tubes as preventative surgieries

Recently had high blood pressure and wonder it may be related to early menopause. I am close to 50 and maybe on anti high blood pressure medication. Due to BRCA1 status, I am concerned if high blood pressure mediation increases other cancer risks ?

Anyone BRCA1 positive and on high blood pressure medication ? I heard once one is on it maybe life time taking the medication. Are there long term adverse affects
