18 year old male concerned, please help

Today while driving home from work I felt a sharp pain (almost like a bug bite) followed by a lot of itchiness above my right nipple. Upon further inspection I have discovered there is a lump a bit above and to the right of my right nipple, it no longer hurts or itches but the thought of it being something serious has me very worried, please any clarification would be great.

Welcome to the forum concerned1999. I'd have to say there would be little chance that you have breast cancer given your symptoms and age. However, if symptoms persist after a week why not visit your doctor for a professional opinion?

How big does the lump feel? Is it under the skin or can you feel it in the skin
