Invasive Mammary Carcinoma w/DCIS, HER2, ER and PR positive

My main concern right now are my lymph nodes. The left one (where the cancer resides) aches right on the outskirts of the arm pit. And the right side (which has only had a mammogram) has started aching on the outer parts of my tata close to my arm pit. Should I be concerned? And I wished they would have done an ultrasound on the right breast as well. The mammogram never showed any complex cyst. They were discovered in 2016 by a radiation bone scan (doc thought I had bone cancer). And the test was only on the left side. I am obviously concerned for my right side. I know the doctors know what they are doing, but I still need THEM to give me a peace of mind.
