Fibroadenomas?

about 5 months ago I noticed a lump in my right breast not long after my left started to become inverted more and more now it pretty much stays that way I’m almost 23 I just finally told my doctor about this I didn’t want to be a bother and more often it’s nothing my doctor sent me to womancare for ultrasounds they only checked the one lump I was sure about and the area where’s my nipple inverted is .. it only took her about 10 mins and almost completely forgot to do my left breast she sent in the images and not Maybe 10 mins came back and said it looks like Fibroadenomas ... do those typically cause inverted nipples ? I’m always tired I’ve lost a lot weight and have severe upper back pain like in between my shoulder blades there is a family history of breast cancer I did have have a baby 10 months ago nipple once I said that they seemed less concerned I never breast fed because I couldn’t and they didnt say anything about a milk duct blockage and that’s why my nipple is inverted? What does everyone think.. I’m young tho so more than likely It’s nothing that’s why I took so long too even say anything just wanted some other opinions or anyone with similar issues I know this isn’t for diagnosis just opinions please
