Rashes on my breast,when scratch brings white color

Early last month, I saw some rashes on breast.

I have been to the hospital but the doctor said it is nothing to be worried about, maybe cream or soap reaction.

I am just scared and worried... don't know what to do next.

    Rashes on your breasts are very common-skin areas that stay warm and damp are prone to rashes. What did the doctor tell you to do? Put cortisone or benadryl cream on it? Have you done that? Go back to the doctor (not hospital) if it hasn't cleared up
