Not diagnosed but worried

Hi!
Whil browsing google I came across this forum. Basically been couple of days I realized found a lump in my right breast. The lump only small feels round I put my finger like tiny ball. But Looking at my age (23) I didn't think much of it as my breast are still same Size and looks same no swelling or discharge or anything in regular beside it's their when touch it and my breast tend hurt a little comes and goes Iget back pain not sure if that my bed causing it or can it be part of it. This lump is located near my nipple but underneath it Lump is hard and still same size.

I asked my friends for some advice and they said considering my age I shouldn't really worry. But I keep thinking about it. My family doesn't have a history of breast cancer which makes me feel better. I did set up appointment with a doctor but not till few days from now but I'm really scared. I just need some advice on this. Should I be worried? I'm freaking out and having anxiety badly I'm mother of two baby's I had a baby girl in February of this year also didn't breast feed I didn't produce till late days later she was born so didn't breast feed at all and also wonder can that be part of this to ? Please I need advice I don't want keep freaking out

Any time you are concerned you should go to the doctor

It could be related to having a baby (milk cyst, blocked duct) or an aspect of dense breast tissue, or even a cyst.  It sounds like you will be fine but going to the doctor is a good idea. I know when I had babies I worried more than usual. Try distraction until you can see the MD.
