how is Lobular cancer staged

    Hi there. Lobular breast cancer (ILC) is staged pretty much like IDC. It depends mostly on tumor size and whether or not there is lymph node involvement. Here's some info:

    Thank you for the reply. I have lymph node involvement. Going for CT scan tomorrow-very scared. I will need mastectomy & a thinking of doing a bilateral because I am 60 & do not want to deal with reconstruction & am thinking I do not want to be dealing with a prostesis either.

    Any other gals out there my age that have gone flat??
