Nuvigil Question - Fatigue

I know that it is not recommended to take Nuvigil and Tamoxifen.

My question is:

Must Nuvigil be taken on a daily basis to be effective (like Tamoxifen), or can it be used sporadically - like one day per week when I need to have more energy?

I would also love to hear from anyone currently taking Nuvigil about your experience with it.
