Cyst causing tingling?

Has anyone had a cyst large enough to cause tingling and breast sensations?

I have a 2x2cm simple cyst and in that same area have had a really weird feeling about 4-6 times a day, like a tingling, pulling, milk 'let down' feeling for 5 weeks now (I'm not lactating and haven't for 13 years). I'm assuming the cyst is causing the discomfort? Could that be possible?

I see a breast surgeon next week, and I assume he'll aspirate it.
