Internal Mammary Lymph Nodes

had MRI and PET scan. Both confirm cancer in IMLN. Problem is, tumor is on the outer quadrant. Dr isconcerned because generally, the lymph nodes closest to the tumor are usually affected, and these are on the other side. Has anyone experienced Something similar? If so what were your outcomes and treatment options?

Prior to this, I was suspected stage one and surgery with hormone therapy. Dr says this may change things....
