Nipple Retraction?

Hello,

I am 27 years old, and last year my nipple had started to look like it was caving in the middle, it didn't look that way all the time and would go back to normal most of the time. I went to my doctor and she said it was probably nothing and brushed it off because she felt no lumps. I was relieved to hear that for a bit, but lately it's had a constant appearance of looking slightly caved in. It's at its worst when I've been wearing a bra and take it off, looks like the middle is completely folded in. I tried going without a bra for a few days and while it didn't go that deeply inverted it still had a curved appearance constantly. I have my next doctors appointment on the 13th of August so I have a bit of time to wait and worry still. I'm hoping that any replies I receive will give me some reassurance or knowledge of what this could be.
