I am having a bad time sleeping.

I found this last night. It's about hypothyroidism which is common with BC and insomnia. Something about low blood sugar and an adrenaline rush in the middle of the night and how to fix it.

I would think the remedies in this article would help even if there isn’t hypothyroidism present. Sleep Genius supplements have glycine as the main ingredient. @Amazon

My only sleeping hope at night is reading my Bible and listening to the praise worshipping on YouTube and letting it just play over and over maybe every one don't do has I but it's good medication to sleep hope all can have Peace sleep

so istarted taking DH’s 10mg melatonin. It helped but still woke up periodically all night. We ran out so we researched extended release melatonin. Tried it last night and wow! Slept the best I have since I was drugged up after surgery. Trying again tonight. Hope it works just as good. We’re using the Natrol Advanced 10mg melatonin.

Please let us know Lula. 10 mg of melatonin gives me crazy dreams but maybe after I get used to it, it would get better? I’ve been off Femara for a year and still have trouble sleeping. It’s also interesting about how adrenaline increasing as the blood sugar drops in the middle of the night, the 3am wake up.

Thanks Lula73 for posting the brand of melatonin. I found it onlines at Vita Cost and I may try it. This sleep deprivation is getting bad.
