Hi. I'm new to this forum. I wanted to know what No axillary or internal mammary adenopathy mean.? It said this on my MRI. This is what my report said:

Left breast: Within the left upper outer quadrant at 12:30 to 1:00, 4 cm fpple, is an approximately 1 cm spiculated mass with heterogeneous enhancement, adjacent to metal biopsy clip, corresponding to known index carcinoma. No other suspicious abnormality within the left breast.

Other: No axillary or internal mammary adenopathy. The skin, nipple, and chest wall appear unremarkable. Visualized upper abdomen unremarkable.

ACR BI-RADS: 6 Known biopsy proven malignancy

Thank you for reading and any responses!
