Right Boob Got Randomly Larger And Hurts

My right breast seems to have gotten larger (about a cup larger) in a matter of 2 days. It is extremely sore and i have had my period two weeks ago. There seems to be a lump on the right side of my right breast, which hurts a lot when its touched.

Update: the pain is now constant and i can feel it in my throat, shoulder and arm. my throat feels swollen and it feels weird to swallow

Have you gone to the doctor? Sounds like an infection. Mastitis.

I had a larger boob, sore boob suddenly once. I was at my son's baseball game. By the time we got home from the game, my boob was swollen and sore out of the blue. I went to the doc and they shockingly told me they will check for breast cancer. I had a mammogram and ultrasound. I DID NOT have cancer. It was cystic breasts gone wild. I was 41 at the time.

Go the doctor and let us know what they say.

Yes, probably an infection.  Your doc can probably fit you in today.  If not, sounds like a little jaunt to the ER or urgent care is called for.
