Fat Necrosis in Breast

If one side was found to have fibrofatty tissue with fat necrosis and rare calcium oxalate crystals which were found on my left side is it possible that my right side has that too without knowing since my right side didn't show any masses but did show calcification in the right tail which she said more likely benign but to follow up with a mammo in 6 months to check the right side . .
