Stabbing pain, lumpy breasts and discharge

Hi

I’m 45 and have a GP appt booked for 9 Aug and I’m hoping I will be referred to the breast clinic.

I had a mammo and US five years ago which was clear.

For the past few weeks I’ve been experiencing a quick shooting pain in my right breast when I move a certain way, almost like something is irritating a nerve. I don’t get it every day and it doesn’t appear to be cyclical.

A couple of times over the past year I’ve found a dried up substance in both nipples, like the sleep you find in your eyes.

My right breast feels very lumpy and it’s hard to tell if there’s a specific lump. It feels like there is a dent under my nipple and it feels like ridges. I can feel several lumps and ridges. I don’t like to feel too much as it makes me feel sick. The lump was quite tender when pressed right before my period began but the tenderness has gone now. I’m just getting the pains a few times a day.
