Breast soreness

hi everyone!
I am 25 years old, I have had sore breasts for around 6 weeks now, I have a gynocology appointment on the 8th of August, but this is all I can think of right now, they’re so sore to touch, and I felt a lump also which is why I made the appointment, but I’m so worried that they will find something, has anyone had this? Do you think they are signs of breast cancer?
