Pain from radiation

I just had my second round of radiation and I'm having pain deep in my breast is this common? Also the fatigue is almost unreal. Did anyone have pains like that after the second round?

    I was warned about sharp stabbing pains in the breast. I knew I had cancer because my lump hurt and I was told it might feel like that and not worry that the cancer was coming back. I started out the gate with those right after the first radiation. Doc says Ibuprofin probably won't touch it. It doesn't.

    The radiation fatigue I haven't felt, but I'm also coming out of chemo in May so I haven't NOT felt a day without fatigue.
