Course Pleomorphic Calcifications

I was Dx with Stage IB IDC in 1999, and had a lumpectomy, axillary node dissection, radiation, and Tamoxifen therapy. Since then, I've had numerous abnormal mammograms, and biopsies, most of which have been fibroadenomas which I had a long history of prior to my BC Dx. In 2016, I had a biopsy on my left (cancer side) breast for calcifications, and on the right for what turned out to be a cyst. The biopsy of the left resulted in a DX of ADH and starting a new round of Tamoxifen.

Fast forward to Monday of this week, I went in for my annual diagnostic mammogram. I have a lump on the left breast (cancer side) which I have attributed to scar tissue (I've had 2 lumpectomies in that same area). Radiologist took mammogram and ultrasound images and wants a biopsy as it's poorly defined and scar tissue characteristics can overlap with malignant characteristics. He also wants a biopsy on my right breast for new "course pleomorphic calcifications" spanning an area of approximately 5mm. I have a Bi-RADs category of 4 for both the left and right sides.

I went back to my mammogram reports from 2016, to see if the description of the calcifications were similar but they aren't. So of course, I've made the mistake of googling "course pleomorphic calcifications". Apparently these types of calcifications have a higher potential for being DCIS or IDC. So, deep breaths, I am mentally preparing myself. The radiologist did say that if it's malignant it is VERY early, there is no detectable tumor. I honestly could handle a DCIS diagnosis, but obviously am still concerned. If the calcifications do turn out to be malignant, it would be considered a new primary.

So, has anyone had "course pleomorphic calcifications", and if so did they turn out to be malignant or ADH or benign?

My biopsies are scheduled for 8/14, so I'm trying to not stress too much while waiting.
