Anyone get an online second opinion with Cleveland Clinic?

hi,

Wasn’t sure where to post this, but I’ve looked into Cleveland Clinic’s online second opinion program. Has anyone done this? If so what was your experience? Thanks.

    Colleen, I know this post is a bit old. Sorry no one replied. I am not familiar with the Cleveland Clinic program but have friends ho have received (non-cancer) care there and raved about it. I know of people who have used similar programs available through Mayo and Johns Hopkins and were very happy with them. Good luck!

    My DH got an online 2nd opinion from Cleveland Clinic when he needed a heart valve replacement. His health is very poor, so there were few options locally and no one really wanted to do the surgery because they were afraid he would die. We sent his records and imaging to CC and got their opinion. Ultimately, we found a heart surgeon locally who decided to take the chance on surgery. But I'm glad we got a 2nd opinion from the best surgeons in the world.
