Right arm pain & swollen 'breast fat'

Hey All

I'm from a dysfunctional family and seeking support online.

I have a fat pad around my pec minor/major on the right side and have had a right side shoulder/arm neck issue for a long time. I figured it was due to being a computer person for 10 years, plus a writer who overuses her right arm (mouse rsi), but now not sure. Even when avoiding those things, my right armpit is burning, pec feel chronically tight and overall just feels weird.

When i look in the mirror i can visibly see the 'bra fat' is bigger on the right side (area above top of breast and in corner near armpit). When i press the muscle or tissue its more developed/hard too. It feels quite different to left side.

Also, recently ive been bursting out in tiny pinprick red dots all over my skin. They look like tiny little red pen dots. So, I'm just feeling lonely with the worry, my husband is lovely but clueless with health, and my mum - forget about it. I'm more the caretaker to her emotionally.

anyway sorry for the complaint just looking for some support. I'm 32 and just hopeful its my shoulder joint and nerves or something - no idea.

Have you had a doctor look at it yet? That seems like a good place to start.
