Waiting for Biopsy

Hi all, my biopsy is scheduled for next Monday, 7/30/18 and I am petrified! My ultrasound and callback mammo were on 7/13/18 so I have been waiting. The nodule as they call it is at 1 o’clock in my right breast. It is about 1.2 x .8 x 1.3. The radiologist said she thinks it isn’t anything but I couldn’t get my doctor to say that. The doctor said there are probably some blood vessels in it. I am so nervous as looking at about 2 more weeks of waiting. My doctor told me to call on my birthday to see if the biopsy results were in as well

Jen, I'd believe the radiologist, who seems to be telling you it is a fairly low level of suspicion. They don't lie about this. Conversely, when they DO believe relatively certainly that is cancer they usually tell you that too
