Movable lump that just appeared

Im 35 years old, and I just found a lump in the lower right side of my breast. I was having my period and my breasts were aching so I checked it in the middle of the night and that's when I discovered the lump. My period just ended 2 days ago and I can still feel the lump. Now I'm getting stressed out and paranoid about it. I will go and see a doctor this week but the discovery of the lump just made me feel anxious, so stressed out and I can barely eat bcoz I'm so worried about it.
