please help us with decision , my Mum had mastectomy in May (4tumors ranging from 1-4 cm, hormone dependent 90%, ki67 16%, her negative, one node positive). She did not have any induction chemo, and since June she is on aromatase. Before scheduled radiotherapy she had TK and Pet unfortunately they confirmed one meta in sternum, our doctor suggested taking chemotherapy 6 / every 3 weeks. Is it the right treatment? I'm scared my Mum is 78 , has heart problems and does not have one kidney, is anything else that she might get, what we should do now we feely totally lost.

Some oncologists suggest trying just the aromatase inhibitor for a while.  You might discuss this possibility with her onc.  Considering that she has some preexisting issues, you probably want to run the proposed treatment by all her other docs before committing to chemo.

And a second opinion is never a bad idea.
