After Zoladex and Letrozole

Has anyone gone off of zoladex and letrozole? I’ve been off of both for about 4 months. I haven’t had a period in years and this one is killing me... wondering if anyone has gotten theirs back and had to deal with this. Was it awful for you too? Will it get better?
