Heart attack survival and cancer treatments

I had a heart attack in May 2016 and have 5 stents. Still waiting on biopsy report hopefully benign. Just want to know have anybody else have had a heart attack and years later got diagnosed with breast cancer? Can doctors treat cancer without further doing damage to your heart?
