Capsular Contracture and down time?

I'm having surgery this Friday (the 13th) to remove and replace my left implant due to capsular contracture.

Can anyone tell me their approximate down time ~ specifically for the gym.

Crazy as that sounds I've been doing H.I.I.T and love it ~ I've taken 2 weeks off from work but wondering who long I'll be gone from training.
