Hi...hope you are all doing well considering!

I have had lumps and bumps since my twenties (now 39), lots of US and comprehensive mammos. Last Friday I had another mammo, that day I received results of asymmetry is both breasts, so I had to get the films from my last mammo (from outside my current area) and provide them for review. I did that, and received another call today saying that there is more prominent Left inferior breast asymmetry on the MLO view.

So off to a compression mammo and US on 7/19. Now I am used to all of this, have had lymph nodes removed from my neck, and suspicious nipple discharge....and lots and lots of cysts that spiral around in both of my very dense breasts. However, with all of that and the continual testing, I have never had a call back from a mammo. I guess I am actually concerned now, and the funny thing is that my "problem" breast...is not the one that is in question.

Anyone with any similar circumstances...would love to chat and see things have went for you...thanks in advance!

had all my testing today, they told me that its a complex cyst w/internal septation. It is sitting toward the center of my chest, tucked into the chest wall area...which is probably why I couldn't feel it. The tech showed me the mammo view which looked very strange...like two lima beans squished together. The US tech showed me her view and you could see the stuff inside of it, and its not round, like my other cysts. Now I understand why they were being so cautious. What a stressful week but blessed in the end
