Cysts after surgery?

I had my bmx 1.5 years ago with immediate, direct to implant reconstruction . A few months later I had fat grafting to even out the ripples that the implants caused. My results are amazing. However, I just had a follow up appointment today with my breast surgeon. An ultrasound was completed, and two cysts were found in both breasts, exactly where my PS did the fat graft. My BS told me that this is 💯 normal. I trust her fully. Anyone else have these cysts after a surgery Appear? Why now, 7 months post fat transfer surgery? she said that they were perfectly round, consisted of fluid, no shadowing.
