Last month I found a lump on my left breast and was sent for a diagnostic mammogram and ultra sound and they ended up finding 2 lumps. I have a BI-Rad Category 4. My doctor referred me to a surgeon for a biopsy. I finally got my appointment for tomorrow which will be a consultation I am guessing. One thing that I can not understand is, I have read so many post on this site stating that most people are sent to a breast surgeon for the biopsy and I am going to a general surgeon. I am just so ready to get this figured out that I am just going to the appointment. Hoping that it will be nothing but my mind is preparing for the worst. Sending good vibes to whom ever my need them right now.
